1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our record keeping, information products, or goods, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Overview

2.1 Business Bookkeeping Services

We offer bespoke account management and record keeping tailored to your business needs. Services commence upon confirmation of order and prepayment.

2.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, and tutorials available for download.

2.3 Goods

Physical items including books and office supplies that accompany our services.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Business Bookkeeping Services

Fees for bookkeeping services are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of our work. You may request a transfer of service to a future period or another entity. To request a transfer, contact us at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. We will confirm approvals within 5 business days.

3.2 Information Products

Customers may request a fee waiver within 7 days of purchase, provided the digital product has not been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days.

3.3 Goods

You may ship goods back to us within 30 days of delivery at your shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the items, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days. Exchanges or store credits are available upon request.

4. Payment and Billing

Full payment is required before delivery of information products and goods. Bookkeeping services are invoiced on a monthly cycle, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date.

5. Service Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations of bookkeeping services require 30 days’ notice. Information product orders cannot be canceled after download has begun. Orders for goods may be canceled prior to shipment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided remain the property of Buchentris GmbH. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich.
